Residents shall not conduct vocal or musical instrumental instructions, play or allow to be played, any musical instrument, radio, television or stereo equipment or operate any other item so as to permit noise or vibrations to be transmitted beyond their unit. There is a 9:00PM curfew applicable to all persons for the common areas or any where else on the rented premises. The purpose of this clause is to preserve the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the property for all residents.
