Most Walters Apartments communities maintain a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited in all units, common areas, building entrances and indoor spaces. This includes, but is not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and other vaping devices. This policy is in place to ensure a clean, healthy and safe environment for all residents and visitors.
The communities listed below are the only communities where smoking IS permitted within designated smoking areas:
