Management will allow apartment door decorations to be hung. Management reserves the right to enforce the following guidelines:
1. Unit number cannot be blocked or obstructed from view.
2. No electrical ornaments may be used at any time.
3. Personal property beyond the door is not permitted.
4. Resident understands that they are fully liable for the cost to repair any damages that may have been caused by the hanging of their ornaments. Management reserves the right to request the repair to be completed within a reasonable amount of time from when the damage occurred.
