In the fall of 2015, I decided to move into Albertson Village Apartments and I’ve been happy and content with that decision ever since. I was looking for a new place for a new chapter in my life. I wanted to move someplace that was warm and friendly and in a great location. These luxury apartments have that and then some! I enjoy the restaurants and shopping that are right outside my door and I love that I can hop a train to Philly anytime! I am just about to renew my lease to live here for my third year! The apartments are beautiful with great open living spaces. I absolutely love my kitchen and my little balcony off my bedroom. Maintenance is totally on the ball with keeping the buildings clean, updated and everything working smoothly; from air conditioning to garages.

I can’t forget to mention the building’s manager, Theresa Cooke, she was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She gave me great advice when it came to picking out the perfect unit for my needs and was there to answer any questions that arose while filling out my application. When it came time to start moving in, Ms. Cooke offered up some wonderful decoration tips and tricks to maximize the space.

Ms. Cooke strives to keep all the tenants of Albertson Village up to date on fun social gatherings that are happening on site, as well as making sure that they are also aware of any changes to the rules and regulations that keep all of our homes safe and beautiful through her online newsletter.

It is one thing to have a manager that you can approach about a question or a concern about your living environment, but it is another to have someone that you can have a conversation with that doesn’t pertain to work. Not only do I live in a place that is warm and comfortable but it’s nice to know that I have staff that is friendly and that I can trust. Sincerely,
