When a resident is locked out of their unit, they can call the emergency maintenance number at 609-622-5119 to request assistance getting back into their unit. Only persons whose names appear on the Lease Agreement will be provided entrance to the unit in the event of a lockout. The resident must provide reasonable identification when requesting access to the unit. There will be a charge of $100.00 for lockouts occurring after hours, which will be considered “Additional Rent” as set forth in paragraph 3 in the Residential Lease Agreement. Management will only permit other persons who do not appear on the Lease Agreement into the unit with prior written approval.
