Residents are encouraged to promptly notify the management office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, for all routine maintenance requests related to their unit. Any emergency maintenance issues should be reported immediately, regardless of the time or day.

Emergency maintenance needs include:
• Air: If thermostat reads 80°F or above.
• Heat: If thermostat reads 50°F or less.
• Clogged Toilet (1 toilet apartments)
• Fire
• Flooding
• Lockouts
• No Water
• Power Failure
