Walters received 16 property, individual and company FAME (Fabulous Achievement in Marketing Excellence) honors at the recent, 22nd annual Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ) awards ceremony. Walters’ Cornerstone at Chatham and Cornerstone at Montvale – two new, income-restricted apartment properties – received numerous accolades in their categories, including the coveted Community of the Year title.

Individual achievement awards were presented to the following Walters team members:

Walters Apartments, the affordable housing division of Walters, won three FAME awards for “Best Builder Member Corporate Facebook Page,” “Best Multi-Media Presentation” and “Best Vehicle Wrap.”
The FAME awards recognize building industry professionals for their successful sales and marketing accomplishments throughout the previous year. Located in Lakewood, N.J., SBACNJ is a chartered local chapter of the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB); it is one of the largest local trade associations in the area.
