Walters Apartments has opened the affordable housing lottery for Cornerstone at Hainesport, a 72-unit premium income-restricted apartment community located along Creek Road in the Burlington County township of Hainesport. Occupancy for the first building is slated for January 2026. Applications to enter the housing lottery will be accepted through Thursday, October 16. The drawing will take place on Wednesday, October 29.
