Walters held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of Cornerstone at Galloway, a multiphased premium income-restricted community located at 110 Timog Wrangleboro Road. Among the attendees were Galloway Township Mayor Anthony Coppola; Deputy Mayor Tony DiPietro; Councilman RJ Amato; Councilwoman Christine Mannis Jordan; Assemblyman Donald Guardian, New Jersey Sen. Vincent Polistina; and Walter’s employees.
“At TD, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to build a life in the community they help sustain,” said Sue Taylor, Senior Relationship Manager, TD Bank U.S. “By partnering with Walters Apartments to create nearly 200 affordable homes close to the Jersey Shore and Atlantic County’s employment centers, we are helping essential-service and hospitality workers live nearer to the jobs, schools and everyday connections that keep communities thriving. This is the kind of lasting impact that opens doors to stability, opportunity and a stronger future for families across South Jersey.”
The Grand Opening of Cornerstone at Galloway marks the completion of the three-phased project, bringing the community’s total to198 premium units. All three phases were completed earlier this year.
“Sa Walters, our focus is on building vital income-based housing which enables people to live where they choose based on their needs and aspirations,” sabi ni Joe Del Duca, Partner and Director of Affordable Housing Walters. “Our LEED certified developments enhance the quality of life for residents as well as the broader community.”
Apartment layouts maximize style and space, and include one-, dalawang-, at tatlong silid-tulugan na mga yunit. Some of the units offer private front-door entrances that open directly to the street. Key features include in-unit washers/dryers, mga kusinang kumpleto sa gamit, and window blinds in every room. Residents also have access to a range of amenities including a multipurpose clubhouse, makabagong fitness center, palaruan ng mga bata, basketball court, mga computer workstation, at onsite na paradahan. Bilang karagdagan sa pamamahala ng ari-arian, Walters also offers on-site supportive services to help meet residents’ needs.
To learn more about Cornerstone at Galloway, bisitahin the community page.
