It begins with a brief 10 – 15 minute phone conversation with a member of our recruiting team. During this discussion, we’ll explore your background and experience, and we encourage you to come prepared with a clear understanding of our organization and the role you’re pursuing.
For candidates who move forward, we typically coordinate the next step during this initial call. The second stage is an in-person interview, approximately 30 minutes in length, where you will meet with the hiring manager, their direct leader, and a recruiter. This conversation allows for a deeper discussion around your experience, skills, and alignment with our team.
We are committed to a responsive and transparent hiring process, and candidates can generally expect to receive an update within 24 hours following their in-person interview.
