Walters has entered the Pennsylvania market with the groundbreaking of a new premium age (62+) and income-restricted community in Chester County. Cornerstone at Willistown at 27-29 Industrial Boulevard, Paoli, is a sustainable 57-unit development, slated for completion in the first quarter of 2028.

The site plan calls for one three-story residential building containing one- bedroom units.
