Walters Apartments is happy to offer guided tours of our available apartments and community grounds to interested prospects and applicants. We believe seeing the space in person helps you truly experience the comfort, quality, and lifestyle our communities provide. Our team is here to answer your questions and make you feel at home from the very first visit.

 

• Scheduling a Tour: Prospects can scheduled a tour by calling or emailing the leasing office of the community they are interested in touring. Nota: Tour day/times may vary community-to-community and tours cannot be scheduled online.

 

• What to Bring:
1. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required to verify your identity before a tour. This helps ensure the safety and security of current residents, staff and the community.

 

2. Any questions you may have! The team member guiding the tour will gladly answer any questions you may have about the community from amenities and floor plans to day-to-day living and everything in between.
