In order to terminate a lease agreement and move out, residents are required to provide management with a 60-day written notice prior to the end of their lease term. Once fully moved out, contact the management office to schedule a move-out walkthrough appointment. Move-out walkthroughs are beneficial for both Walters Apartments and you as a resident, to assess any potential damage(s) to the unit that may result in monetary charges. Please remember to provide the management office with a forwarding address and to return all keys upon moving out. Reminder: Residents are required to keep all resident-obligated utilities ON until the last day of their lease agreement.
