Lottery Application Submission Tips

During the lottery period, applicants must submit a preliminary application. It’s important that all information is current, accurate, and clearly written to avoid processing errors. Please read the application carefully and complete all sections. Missing or incomplete information could result in your application’s denial.

 

We strive to make the submission process as convenient as possible by offering multiple ways to submit your application, incluido:

 

1. Correo electrónico: Email your application to the email address listed on the cover page of the preliminary application. Tenga en cuenta: When submitting your application via email, please scan all pages and send it in PDF format. We will not accept photos or images of application.

 

2. Physical Mail: Mail your application to the address listed on the cover page of the preliminary application. (Envío necesario, rates may vary.)

 

3. Drop-Off: Drop-off your application at the address listed on the cover page of the preliminary application, or at any Walters Apartments community nearest you.

⛔ What NOT to Include When Submitting a Preliminary Application During a Lottery:

Scans, photos/copies of your Drivers License, State/Government Issued ID, Passports etc.

 

Scans, photos/copies of financial information: Paystubs, W2’s, Bank Statements etc.

 

Payment of any kind with your preliminary application. (Cash, Check, Money Order etc.)

 


 

Additional Useful Tips:

Do not submit your application multiple times or through multiple submission methods.

 

Only submit your application through the methods listed above.

 

Signatures must be physical signatures, cannot be typed text.

 

If scanning and emailing your application from a library or other public facility, please CC the email address listed on the application.

 

Please write as clearly and cleanly as possible, this helps prevent errors when your application is processed.
