Household composition refers to the household members who will consider a Walters Apartments community primary residence. Household Members include but are not limited to:
1. Children under Joint Legal Custody. (Must reside in-unit at least 50% of the time)
2. Children who are in Foster Care that are expected to return to the apartment.
3. Temporarily hospitalized household members expected to return to the apartment.
4. Unborn or adopted children.
5. Future spouses or roommates.
