Residents are encouraged to promptly notify the management office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, for all routine maintenance requests related to their unit. Any emergency maintenance issues should be reported immediately, regardless of the time or day.

Emergency maintenance needs include:
• Air Conditioning if thermostat reads above 80°F
• Heating Failure if thermostat reads below 50°F
• Clogged Toilet (If only one toilet in apartment)
• Fire
• Flooding
• Lockouts
• No Water
• Power Failure
