Located at 522 Southern Boulevard near the Garden State Parkway, Cornerstone at Chatham comprises three buildings offering a mix of two- and three-bedroom units. The new community was designed to meet LEED® and ENERGY STAR certifications.

The town provided the land and funding support, including a planned shuttle bus service to the nearby NJ Transit rail station.
