沃尔特斯, a leading builder, owner, and property manager, was honored with 10 prestigious FAME Awards at the 2026 Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ) annual ceremony, held on May 7, 2026. The awards recognize the outstanding achievements of its team and their income-restricted communities, 海恩斯波特的基石和莱西三世的基石.

海恩斯波特的基石, a 73-unit premium income-restricted community in Burlington County, received numerous accolades, including the coveted Community of the Year, Best Logo Design, Best Signage, Best Sales Office, and Best Architectural Product Design. In addition, 莱西三世的基石, a 70-unit income-restricted community in Ocean County, was recognized for Best On-Site Event for its grand opening celebration.

• Mara Stevens: Leasing Agent of the Year

• Danielle Adams: Property Manager of the Year

• Katherine Holguin: Leasing Excellence Club

The FAME awards recognize building industry professionals for their successful sales and marketing accomplishments throughout the previous year. Located in Lakewood, N.J., SBACNJ is a chartered local chapter of the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB); it is one of the largest local trade associations in the area.
