walters, a leading builder, owner, and property manager, was honored with 10 prestigious FAME Awards at the 2026 Asociación de constructores costeros del centro de Nueva Jersey (SBACNJ) annual ceremony, held on May 7, 2026. The awards recognize the outstanding achievements of its team and their income-restricted communities, Piedra angular en Hainesport y Piedra angular en Lacey III.
Piedra angular en Hainesport, a 73-unit premium income-restricted community in Burlington County, received numerous accolades, including the coveted Community of the Year, Mejor diseño de logotipo, Best Signage, Mejor oficina de ventas, and Best Architectural Product Design. Además, Piedra angular en Lacey III, a 70-unit income-restricted community in Ocean County, was recognized for Best On-Site Event for its grand opening celebration.
