Walters, a leading builder, owner, and property manager, was honored with 10 prestigious FAME Awards at the 2026 Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ) annual ceremony, held on May 7, 2026. The awards recognize the outstanding achievements of its team and their income-restricted communities, حجر الزاوية في هاينسبورت و Cornerstone at Lacey III.
حجر الزاوية في هاينسبورت, a 73-unit premium income-restricted community in Burlington County, received numerous accolades, including the coveted Community of the Year, Best Logo Design, Best Signage, Best Sales Office, and Best Architectural Product Design. In addition, Cornerstone at Lacey III, a 70-unit income-restricted community in Ocean County, was recognized for Best On-Site Event for its grand opening celebration.

The FAME awards recognize building industry professionals for their successful sales and marketing accomplishments throughout the previous year. Located in Lakewood, N.J., SBACNJ is a chartered local chapter of the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB); it is one of the largest local trade associations in the area.
