Walters has begun construction on Cornerstone at Hainesport, a community of 73 premium income-restricted apartments. Occupancy in the first building is slated to begin in December 2025. Applications to enter the housing lottery are expected to open in the summer.

“We are proud to be offering more family living options to those in the Hainesport area at a time when it is greatly needed,” disse Joseph Del Duca, sócio e diretor de habitação acessível da Walters. “The new community will offer residents a safe place to live with impressive amenities and support services.”

The development will comprise 73 um-, dois-, and three-bedroom apartments em 6 buildings. Cornerstone at Hainesport will be open to individuals and families who are at or below 60 percent of the area’s median income. Rental rates are based on income, family size and the number of bedrooms.

Located off Creek Road in Burlington County, the sustainable development is being built to achieve Energy Star® and LEED® certifications. Apartments will feature open floor plans, acabamentos interiores atualizados, e detalhes de assinatura que ganharam muitos prêmios Walters ao longo dos anos. The long list of amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, children’s tot lot, quadra de basquete, e clube comunitário com estações de trabalho de computador. Apartments will be equipped with in-unit washers/dryers. A staffed social service coordinator will also be available upon request.

The historic township of Hainesport is located in the Delaware Valley region, bordering Mount Laurel and Lumberton.
