We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Apartment Community in Woolwich, Nueva Jersey. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, eléctrico, carpintería básica, calefacción y refrigeración, y otros sistemas constructivos. Experience troubleshooting household appliances is a plus. Además, this position is responsible for handling day-to-day operations and maintenance of our properties including common areas and grounds.
Job duties may also include cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, and other associated tasks in the apartment buildings. The position is responsible for emergency after-hours maintenance work orders during the on call rotation.
The right candidate will possess a positive attitude and a team-player mentality. Previous related experience is highly preferred.
