We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Apartment Community in Woolwich, نيوجيرسي. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, كهربائي, النجارة الأساسية, التدفئة والتبريد, وأنظمة البناء الأخرى. Experience troubleshooting household appliances is a plus. فضلاً عن ذلك, this position is responsible for handling day-to-day operations and maintenance of our properties including common areas and grounds.

Job duties may also include cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, and other associated tasks in the apartment buildings. The position is responsible for emergency after-hours maintenance work orders during the on call rotation.

The right candidate will possess a positive attitude and a team-player mentality. Previous related experience is highly preferred.

The position schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm to include some weekend hours and an on-call rotation. The position offers competitive Healthcare and Dental benefits. Also offers Life insurance and Short Term Disability at no cost to you.

• Knowledge of general repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Previous experience in HVAC and plumbing preferred.
