A housing lottery for Cornerstone at Galloway III, a premium income-restricted apartment community developed by Walters, is now open to interested applicants. Cornerstone at Galloway III is the final phase of a three-phase family community currently under construction in Atlantic County. Completion is on track for the spring of 2026.
