A housing lottery for Cornerstone at Galloway III, a premium income-restricted apartment community developed by Walters, is now open to interested applicants. Located at 110 South Wrangleboro Road, Galloway, the community will feature 66 new units. Applications to enter the housing lottery will be accepted through Monday, March 2. The drawing will take place on Monday, March 9.
Cornerstone at Galloway III is the final phase of a three-phase family community currently under construction in Atlantic County. Completion is on track for the spring of 2026. Layouts will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Residents benefit from having a private front door entrance that opens directly to the street.

Apartments will feature full-size washers/dryers, fully equipped kitchens, window blinds in every room, and secure key fob access. Residents will enjoy on-site amenities such as a multipurpose clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, a children’s playground, a basketball court, computer workstations, and onsite parking. In addition to managing the property, Walters provides residents with on-site supportive services.
Cornerstone at Galloway III will be available to residents whose incomes are at or below 60 percent of the area median income. Rental rates are based on the renter’s gross annual income, according to the rent/income requirements chart.
