We’ve completely redesigned our entire site, page-by-page from the ground up, bringing a modern look, enhanced functionality and user-friendly navigation to make finding information and applying to our communities easier than ever. Our individual community page layout has undergone the biggest transformation, now featuring:
• Essential contact details and community quick facts.
• Freshly written community descriptions.
• A new and simplified “Community Highlights & Apartment Amenities” section.
• A new Pricing & Floor Plans module that dynamically displays floor plan images, rents, and real-time waitlist status.
• A new “More Information” section which includes helpful facts and tips about community-specific policies, utilities and fees.
• On-screen, dynamic Income Requirement tables: no more opening PDFs!
Nested under the Communities link in the main navigation, this page includes:
• All open lotteries with live countdowns, property details and direct application links.
• A Lottery FAQ section answering the most common questions.
This new resource hub is designed to serve as a go-to tool for everyone: prospects, applicants and residents alike. Including over 130 articles across 30+ topics, each written using the most current information aligned with our policies and procedures.
A bucket list item for our new website was an interactive community locator. Users are able to click any New Jersey county and instantly see all the existing and upcoming properties, complete with links to each community’s page.
🌐 Language Translation
Our website is multilingual! To better support accessibility and inclusivity, our website is now able to be translated into the 10 most widely spoken languages in the U.S.* with just 2 clicks. To do this, we’ve introduced a translation toggle. Scroll to the bottom of any page, there you will find a translation toggle that allows users to switch the global language on the site between languages. (Please Note: This translation will apply to 90 – 95% of the website, some words, phrases, sections or numbers may not be able to be translated directly.)
