All Walters Apartments communities have a strict no pet policy. Service animals are permitted with documentation consistent with ADA requirements.
Cornerstone at Montvale is the only Walters Apartments community that is the exception to our Pet Policy. Cornerstone at Montvale allows pets, restrictions and fees apply. Pet Fees – One-Time: $250 and Monthly: $50.
