Walters, an award-winning developer based in Barnegat, in partnership with Fair Share Housing Development, Inc, has kicked off the affordable housing lottery for Kingsway Estates, a 66-unit affordable family community in Woolwich, New Jersey.
• Lottery Opens: September 8, 2026
• Lottery Closes: November 6, 2026
• Lottery Drawing: November 12, 2026
Ways to Submit an Application:
• Online: Complete your form online by visiting the Lotteries page.
• Email: Scan all completed pages and email them as a PDF to [email protected].
• Mail: Send completed application to: c/o Kingsway Estates, 500 Barnegat Blvd. N, Building 100, Barnegat, NJ 08005.
• In-Person Drop-Off: Deliver applications directly to 500 Barnegat Blvd. N, Bldg. 100, Barnegat, NJ. M-F, 8AM – 4:30PM.
Fill out the application completely and carefully before submitting. Send only the application itself.
