Уолтерс has begun construction on Cornerstone at Hainesport, a community of 73 premium income-restricted apartments. Occupancy in the first building is slated to begin in December 2025. Applications to enter the housing lottery are expected to open in the summer.

The development will comprise 73 one-, два-, and three-bedroom apartments in 6 buildings. Cornerstone at Hainesport will be open to individuals and families who are at or below 60 percent of the area’s median income. Rental rates are based on income, family size and the number of bedrooms.
Located off Creek Road in Burlington County, the sustainable development is being built to achieve Energy Star® and LEED® certifications.
