Joining the Walters’ team was Hainesport Township Mayor Andy Dick, Hainesport Committeewoman Anna Evans, Hainesport Committeeman Ken Montgomery, Burlington County Division of Construction Services, and Lumberton EMS Station 139 personnel.

Located along the banks of the Rancocas Creek in Burlington County, the development was completed earlier this year and has already reached 70 percent occupancy, reflecting the strong demand for high-quality affordable housing in the region.
