We are seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team and help us provide the highest quality service to residents at our new affordable Family communities in Woolwich, Нью-Джерси. Ability to travel between locations is required.
This position requires strong organizational skills, phone etiquette, customer service and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
✅ Duties/Responsibilities:
Answers a high volume of incoming property phone calls
Warmly greets visitors, prospective renters, and current residents
Provides potential and current residents with accurate information
Promotes the Company properties through various media and advertising techniques, social media, Фейсбук, Инстаграм, constant contact
Files paperwork pertaining to the property
Organizes the office and orders supplies
Partners with maintenance team on work orders for the residents
Maintains wait list, обновления, send letters
Tours property daily to ensure it is neat, tidy, attractive, and in good repair.

⭐ Education and Experience:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
