We are seeking a part-time Groundskeeper to join our maintenance team at the following properties: Cornerstone at Greentree, Cornerstone at Marlton. The successful candidate will take pride in their work and ensure that our apartment buildings are clean and tidy. This position will help support the team with recurring work orders at our apartment complexes in Marlton, NJ.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to; janitorial duties, grounds clean-up, and light maintenance.

The right candidate will possess a positive attitude and is a team player. Previous relevant experience highly preferred. This position requires physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building.

Education, Licenses and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous experience in related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, stoop or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds at a time.
• The ability to drive to and from work locations.
